Ensure proper packaging for shipping. KC Precision Engraving is not liable for damaged cups due to inadequate packaging or shipping carrier mishandling. Avoid bubble mailers; include a note with your name and order number inside the box. Please do not include the lid and straw in your shipment. Following your purchase, the shipping address will be provided in the confirmation email.

Please note, we do not accept silicone tumblers and they will be returned without engraving.
